Went in with my husband today and had a really good experience with Dr Chua. She was professional, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I had a really great experience at Joy Dental Centre (Tampines). The clinic is very clean, comfortable, and professional, and all the staff — from the dental assistants to the consultants — were incredibly friendly, humble, and welcoming. I’m someone who is extremely scared of visiting the dentist, but Dr Chua truly changed my experience completely. She was very patient, gentle, detailed in her explanations, and made me feel safe and reassured throughout the entire treatment. I could genuinely feel that she cared about her patients and wanted them to be comfortable. Dr Chua is highly professional and trustworthy, and surprisingly, the treatment was almost painless for me. If you have a choice, don’t come here. Dr Chua Yi-You wasn’t helpful, especially when I needed a memo. I clearly explained what happened, but she still refused to issue the memo I requested. The other dentists here aren’t as bad, but my experience with her was really disappointing. I honestly wish I had gone somewhere else.

had my wisdom tooth surgery done by Dr Zachery, and it was fantastic! I was so scared of the pain and the whole procedure since this was my first time, but the assistants and Dr Zach patiently walk me through the process and reassured me during the entire procedure. They thoroughly explain post-procedure care and medications too. Will definitely recommend others and come back for other procedures too! 👍👍👍
