Went in with my husband today and had a really good experience with Dr Chua. She was professional, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I especially appreciated how clear her explanations were, she explained my dental condition and treatment options honestly and in a way that was easy to understand. I had a really great experience at Joy Dental Centre (Tampines). The clinic is very clean, comfortable, and professional, and all the staff — from the dental assistants to the consultants — were incredibly friendly, humble, and welcoming. I’m someone who is extremely scared of visiting the dentist, but Dr Chua truly changed my experience completely. She was very patient, gentle, detailed in her explanations, and made me feel safe and reassured throughout the entire treatment. I could genuinely feel that she cared about her patients and wanted them to be comfortable. Dr Chua is highly professional and trustworthy, and surprisingly, the treatment was almost painless for me.
