This was my first time getting a tooth extracted, and I had it done here. The doctor and nurses explained everything very clearly and they are patient. Everything went smoothly, and the price was also fair. Thank you.
Wanted to share my experience as somone who has opted for Zenyum braces under this clinic due to convenience within my comfort area. Went for my first 3D scan + scaling and polishing which I paid around $290 as per discussed with the Zenyum side, had no issues at all as the dentist (forget the name) was very informative about educating me with Zenyum’s procedure and answered me all question I had in mind, along with making sure my teeth is thoroughly scanned for zenyum to create the most fitting aligners for me. Also took note of my pain points such as gaps that I wanna get rid of, etc. Went again for my actual Zenyum fitting day and it was all good as well, received my entire 7 month Zenyum aligners in 1 go and the dentist also made sure everything was explained through with me before I go on my independent braces journey. Right now I’m in the midst of my aligner journey and I’ve experienced no upsetting experience so far as the counter staff and dentist were all nice people. Hope to still experience the same thing for my next visit!
Unhappy with my first and, sadly, last visit to Dr. Leong. My time there started with a long wait, as around 35 mins past the scheduled time. When I finally saw Dr Leong, she appeared unsure about the work. She said the very back molar was tricky to fill, but still went ahead with it anyway. This took more time and caused more discomfort than I expected, which raised my anxiety. I have a condition called visceral hypersensitivity, which means I am very sensitive to pain. Because of this, I asked for numbing gel to reduce the pain. Dr. Leong said no, stating that it's not normnally used with other patients. Even though I know everyone handles pain differently, I thought my personal needs were ignored, which made me more uncomfortable. After the appointment, I waited about 15 minutes to pay because only one receptionist was available and they were busy with other tasks. This was inconvenient and increased my frustration. The filling fell out by the end of the day, making the treatment useless. After looking towards a second opinion, I was told the filling was unnecessary and might cause more issues, like food getting stuck. I think I should have received more information about the procedure beforehand, so I could decide better. From my experience, I do not plan to return to this clinic and would not suggest Dr. Leong to others.
