    Terms of Service

    These terms apply to clinics in Singapore and Vietnam that use Dr. Alaseo, a service of ICLO Co., Ltd.(“we”). By creating an account you agree to them.

    1. The service

    We measure how AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Gemini mention your clinic, and help you improve the public information they draw on: your Google Business Profile, reviews and website content. Features depend on your plan.

    2. No guaranteed results

    We do not control AI assistants, Google or any other third party. We do not promise any ranking, mention or number of patients. Reports show what we observed at the time we measured.

    3. Your account

    • You must be authorised to act for the clinic you register.
    • Keep your log-in details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
    • One active owner account per clinic. We may suspend an account registered by someone not authorised by the clinic.

    4. Free trial

    The free trial lasts 7 days from when you confirm your email (or sign up with Google). No card is needed and nothing is charged when it ends.

    5. Plans and payment

    Online card payment is not yet available in Singapore or Vietnam. Paid plans, prices, currency, taxes, billing cycle and refunds are agreed with you in writing (by email or order form) before any charge. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

    6. Content we prepare for you

    We draft articles and suggestions for your approval. You decide what is published under your clinic’s name and remain responsible for making sure it meets the healthcare advertising rules that apply to you (for example the Healthcare Services Act advertising regulations in Singapore, or the medical advertising rules in Vietnam).

    7. Acceptable use

    Do not use the service to post false reviews, mislead patients, or break the rules of Google or other platforms.

    8. Ending the service

    You can close your account at any time. We may suspend the service if these terms are seriously breached. We keep and delete data as described in the Privacy Policy.

    9. Liability

    To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

    10. Changes and contact
